What Is The Storyline For World Of Warcraft 3 On World Of Warcraft?

I have World of warcraft 3 reign of chaos and frozen throne but i want to know if the popular World of warcraft follows what game and storyline. Is it reign of chaos or frozen throne?

The Frozen Throne does follow Reign of Chaos. World of Warcraft the original game picks about 4 years after Warcraft 3 and it’s expansion. World of Warcraft while it had a lot of ties to Warcraft 3, didn’t have as many direct links that the Burning Crusade Expansion Pack or Wrath of the Lich King has had. However you can rest assured that they have happened in the order of their release.

It will honestly take me years to try to explain it, so i posted a link instead. You are also getting two games confused, you are explain that you are playing Warcraft III and not World of Warcraft. They are indeed two completely different games. They both however have the same storyline. The difference between the two games is that warcraft is a RTS meaning that its a strategy based game and world of warcraft is a MMO, a large scale multiplayer game. Hope I helped!

To sumerize what is going on in WoW to continue the storyline, the aliance between the horde and the well alliance split into 2, with Humans, NE, Dwarves, and Gnomes (yeah we know they didn’t exist in WC3) and Horde being Orcs, Taurin, Trolls, and UD (the UD that broke free of the lich king) When Wow came out it was about taking down an old God (before wc 1-3 that resurfaced, and about stopping a black dragon. In the expansion two new races joined, the Blood elves who where part of the aliance in WC3 are now with the hord, and the dreani which was never mentioned in any WC is part of the Alliance. Apparentlhy the dreani was the origional residence of the realm the orcs took over, and when they orcs came through the portal the dreani followed Now comes the wrath the lich king which focuses on Arthus and adds the death knights to the class. There are more than 10 million subscribers as of October 2012, and World of Warcraft is the world's most-subscribed MMORPG It also holds the honor of the Guinness World Record for the most popular MMORPG by number of subscribers

As with other MMORPGs, players operate or "control" a character avatar within a game world in third- or first-person view, exploring the landscape and environment, fighting various monsters, completing quests, and interacting with non-player characters (NPCs) or other players. Also similar to other MMORPGs, World of Warcraft requires the player to pay for a subscription.

To begin playing the game, the player must select a realm or "server". Each realm acts as an individual copy of the game world, and falls into one of four categories.

Normal – a Player Versus Environment (PvE) realm where the gameplay is more focused on defeating monsters and completing quests, and any roleplay is optional, and player-versus-player fights must be consensual.
PvP – an environment where, in addition to defeating monsters and completing quests, open player-versus-player combat is the norm, and a player can be attacked by an opposing faction's player at any time.
RP – a variant of PvE, where players roleplay in-character.
RP-PvP – roleplay-PvP – a variant of PvP, where players are in-character and cross-faction combat is assumed.
